Case Studies
A closer look at how different types of participants found their way through one of our programmes.
The Challenge
A retired couple in their 60s living in Chalong had accumulated decades of documents — in both Thai and English — across physical folders, old email accounts, and an external hard drive. They had no clear picture of what they had, where anything was, or whether it was complete.
The Approach
They attended the Orientation seminar first to understand the general landscape, then returned two months later for the Cataloguing Workshop. The two-session approach gave them time to think between sessions, which they found more manageable than a single intensive day would have been.
The Outcome
At the end of the Workshop they had completed a draft inventory using the provided templates, with a working system for categorising future documents. The husband described the result as "the first time in fifteen years we knew what we had." No professional services were engaged through Successio.

The Challenge
A family-run property management company in Ratsada was approaching a point where the founders were considering stepping back from day-to-day operations. Two adult children were involved in the business but nobody had formally mapped out which roles each held or how processes would transfer.
The Approach
Three family members attended the Business Continuity Programme together. The facilitation materials provided a structured framework for conversations about roles and processes — keeping discussion focused on operational matters rather than personal dynamics.
The Outcome
By the end of the second session, the family had documented the primary roles in the business and agreed on a process for deciding how those roles would be covered going forward. The programme didn't resolve all questions — but it gave the family a structure for continuing the conversation internally.
